We build commercial loading machines, brass processing machines and case feeders — and we make the parts that keep them running. Designed and machined in our own Utah shop, by people who load ammunition at volume rather than people who read about it.
Request a QuoteBrowse the LineHigh-output loading equipment for commercial reloaders and ammunition manufacturers. Built, tested, and supported out of Utah — with a shop behind it that can make any part on the machine.
Wear parts, replacement components, and performance upgrades for the progressive presses already on your bench. Machined to spec, in stock, shipped direct.
We build case feeders that keep a press fed without stopping — reliable orientation and consistent drop rate, because a feeder that jams every few hundred rounds costs you more than the feeder did.
Precision-machined toolheads and plates that hold alignment run after run — because a toolhead that flexes is a toolhead that produces inconsistent ammunition.
We design and build the machines that turn once-fired brass into load-ready cases — sorting, deprime, sizing, trimming, primer pocket swaging and annealing, at commercial rates. Built as standalone stations or as a continuous processing line.
The parts that fail on a Friday afternoon and stop a production run. Stocked, so the machine is down for hours and not for weeks.
Send us a print or a broken part. Our CNC cells make one-off and short-run components for equipment nobody supports anymore.
We build both halves of a commercial operation: the loading machines that turn components into finished ammunition, and the brass processing machines that get once-fired cases ready to load in the first place. Most shops sell you one and leave you to source the other.
Most equipment is also sold by a company that does not machine its own parts. When something wears out, you wait on a supply chain you can't see into — while your line sits idle and your orders age. We machine what we sell. If a part fails, it comes off our own equipment, usually from stock. The support is the product as much as the machine is.
You measure downtime in dollars per hour. We stock the wear items, machine the odd parts, and answer the phone when a line is stopped.
You want your press to run better than it did out of the box. Upgrades and replacement parts machined to a tighter standard than the originals, shipped direct to your door.
Running a loading operation on the side of a range? We'll spec the equipment and keep it fed with parts.
Between the owners, well over 500 million rounds of ammunition have been produced. Every part we build exists because something on a production line failed, bound, flexed, or wore out — and we had to fix it to keep loading.
That's the whole design brief. Not a catalog. Not a spec someone copied. Parts and machines that solve problems we have personally stood in front of at 2am with a line down.
Our processing machines aren't a theory either — the same designs run inside our own group at Beehive Brass, turning once-fired cases into load-ready brass every day. We sell the machines we depend on ourselves.
A shop behind the store. Reloader Solutions is part of a Utah manufacturing group with CNC production cells running daily — so the parts you order are made on equipment we own, on our own schedule.
Loading machines, brass processing machines, case feeders, parts inquiries, upgrade questions, or a print for something custom — send it over and we'll come back with what it takes.
